introduces a revolutionary Hierarchical Inheritance Model

all computers will automatically inherit the application.
Additionally, an application, hardware configuration or software
update can be assigned to a specific computer or group of
computers and the new update is automatically deployed to
the targeted computers. A Common Operating Environment (COE)
can now be configured at the highest level and is easily deployed
throughout an organization. The IT Works®
Knowledge Management database always maintains the
“last known state” of every computer requiring
less staff, less resources and far less time than traditional
solutions.
IT Works® v3.0
integrates remote administration support services allowing
staff to connect to any managed computer, diagnosis issues
and take corrective actions without ever physically visiting
the computer or logging off the end user. In addition, IT
Works® offers a tightly integrated Help
Desk and Asset Management solution to complement the HIM.
Enhanced security ensures only authorized users can access
system resources and provides added protection against harmful
