Professional Remote SupportUsing our Remote Support utility, you are able to initiate a Secure VPN connection to our support server. Our Remote Support utility will then start the Microsoft Remote Assistance utility found in Windows Vista and above. At this point, SMT Support personnel can initiate a hands free connection to your computer. We can communicate through the messaging ability of the Microsoft Remote Assistance utility or call on the phone. Our Rate is $75/Hour. We will setup and verify connectivity before requiring payment. |
Professional Remote Computer BuildsUsing our Remote Build Process, you are able to initiate a Secure VPN connection to our support server. Our Remote Support utility will then start the Microsoft Remote Assistance utility found in Windows Vista and above. At this point, SMT Support personnel can initiate a hands free connection to your computer. We can communicate through the messaging ability of the Microsoft Remote Assistance utility or call on the phone. We will assist in creating a boot device (CD, DVD, or USB Drive) or install the boot system on an existing C: drive. From there, you or our support personnel can backup any data to many device types (Network, USB, Internal Drive, etc.) and start the build process. You will need your Windows DVD or source. If installing Office, you will need that also. Our Rate is $75/Hour and will be charged for time used. We will setup and verify connectivity before requiring payment. After we have verified connectivity, we will request information on software you want us to install. You may install any software after we have finished. | ||

- Database ManagER: SQL Server database management utility.
- Domain Access Object: an ActiveX object model for accessing
and managing resources. Resources are accessible through hierarchical collections; The Domains Collection contains the following collections: Servers, Workstations, Users, Groups, etc. A Server will contains Users, Groups, Disks, Shares, etc. The Domain Object Model provides a natural and logical collection of domain resources.
- ArchivER for Outlook: Exports your items stored in Outlook Data Stores (Exchange Mailbox, PST files, or Hotmail/Outlook.com via the Mail Connector, etc.) into standard file formats (RTF, TXT, HTML, MHT, PDF, DOC, DOCX, etc.) for storage and retrieval.
- PagER for Outlook: sends outlook calendar to your pager
and/or cell phone.
- Database ManagER: SQL server database management utility. Provides easy access to Backup and Restore, ZIPs the backup files to save space, ability to CLONE a database, Attach and Detach, and provides patching system.
- ResolvER: helps manage the security permissions of an
application by helping detect file, registry and resource access required by an application.
- Code Signing ManagER: helps make code signing easier. Simply right click and Sign a file.
- DomRun: NT command utility to run commands on remote computers in a domain. You can select Servers or Workstation and supply a mask. You can select individual computers.
